I’m sure you have heard of beer can chicken but have you ever made it?? I first made this recipe in high school and this easy no fuss recipe has been a favorite of mine ever since. The chicken is so moist and tender that you too, will be a fan! The best part about this recipe is that you can use whatever spices or dry rub seasonings you like. For best flavor, dry rub the chicken and let it set in the fridge overnight to let the flavor kick in. I will also use this same recipe and put it in the oven and bake it as you would regular chicken as a grilless option.
