This morning, we talked to our favorite trainer Bob Harper from NBC’s The Biggest Loser. He’s promoting his brand new cookbook, Skinny Meals.
Bob gave us some great tips this morning. First, he suggests avoiding carbs for dinner. Another great tip was to think of alcohol as the carbs for that meal. For instance, no other carbs should pass your lips if you are having a glass of wine.
