24 Applicants Refused World’s Toughest Job

Mullen, an advertising agency in Boston recently posted a fake job opening for a “Director of Operations.” Huff Post reports that 2.7 million people saw it, but only 24 people applied for the job.

The job requirements read something like this:

  • 135 hours a week
  • constant mobility
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to coordinate and multi-task
  • no breaks
  • no vacation
  • not a paid position

One applicant openly wondered if this was even legal. They called in the World’s Toughest Job. However, it is, and billions of people do this job everyday.
