Julie Fisk is here to help. If you’ve need advice or want us to hash out a problem on the air for you, let Julie share some of her wisdom.

Here’s what our SheMailers are asking this morning:

Diana writes:

My best friend, Cynthia, just lost her job and she’s in some real financial trouble right now.
She’s afraid she’s going to get kicked out of her apartment and even have her car repossessed.
I took her to dinner last night and she told me that if she had an extra $5,000, it would really help her out.
Here’s the problem … she knows I have some extra cash right now from a car accident settlement and I think she’s hoping I’ll lend her the money.
I could probably do it, but I know that if this goes wrong and I don’t get the money back, it will totally destroy our friendship.
So do I help her out and risk it or ignore her request?”

Kendra writes:

“Hey Julie!
Curious what you think about this. I am not sure how concerned I should be, but I was finishing up our taxes and when I was looking for some mortgage stuff in my husband’s desk I came across a bank account in his name that I was unaware of. I am not sure how long he has had it but there is a substantial amount of money. We have zero issues in our marriage, that I am aware of, but this was concerning…
I’m sure you are going to ask what things have the money been spent on, and nothing that seemed odd, but there was a recurring monthly charge for a massage company, which I didn’t even know he liked massages, but that’s it.
How to proceed?”

Cathy writes:

“Julie, Need You Girl!
My boyfriend just asked me to move in with him and I’m so excited! The only problem is that he wants me to move into the house he got with his ex-wife and refuses to consider getting a new place together.
He says he loves the house and is happy to make new memories there with me, but I don’t feel comfortable starting a new life with someone in a place he shared with his ex.What should I do?”
