Taylor Swift is bringing her tour to Shanghai, China, and the tour has broken sales records for that country.
MSN is reporting that tickets for her show in China sold out in just one minute.
Swift is set to perform at the Mercedes Benz arena in Shanghai on May 30, which will be the first of seven shows the singer has scheduled in Asia, and the show sold 18,000 tickets in 60 seconds.
Other cities on Swift’s schedule Tokyo, Japan; Jakarta, Indonesia; Manila, Phillipines; Bangkok, Thailand; and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, all of which have also sold out.
This is the second record Swift’s ‘Red’ tour has broken last year she broke the record for most sold-out shows by a solo artist at the Staples Center, in LA, with 11 sold-out shows.
