Every month, the Fort Worth Nature Center offers canoe tours of the West Fork of the Trinity River for an exciting opportunity to see the wildlife that lives along the riverbanks. On full moon evenings, the FWNC offers a different kind of canoe tour by moonlight.

You don’t want to miss out on the Full Moon Canoe Tours. You’ll get to hear beavers slapping their tails on the water, see deer and raccoons out and about, and so much more!

There are only 12 spots each for each canoe tour, so you’ll want to make sure you pre-register in time. Registration ends when the tour is full or by the Tuesday before the tour at the latest. The Valentines Day Full Moon Tour is already booked, but you can still register for the March tour. The cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members. Kids must be 5 years old and up. Go to FWNC.org to register and find more information!
