AP Photographer’s Photo Helps Family Find Missing Son
We all know the saying, pictures are worth a thousand words. Well, one family in New York were lost for words when they saw a picture of their missing son in the USA Today.
Paul and Michelle Simmons say their son Nicholas had been missing for four days when he left the house in New York, on New Years day.
Since he didn’t take his phone or wallet with him, they had no idea where he had gone. When he didn’t return, they started a Facebook page to help find him.
Four days later AP Photographer, Jacquelyn Martin, was taking photos in Washington to show how cold it was outside. Little did she know, her photo capturing Nicholas would help reunite a family.
