Cowboys Blow Halftime Lead To Lose Against Packers 37-36
Last night’s Cowboy game had a hopeful first half that descended into a typical December loss to the Green Bay Packers. Steve Kemble has all the details in his Ride’em Cowboy Report.
Da’Boys were on fire in the first half with a score of 26-3 over Green Bay. The Packers matched their greatest comeback in franchise history, coming back to win 37-36 in the 2nd half. They have not beaten Cowboys in Dallas in 25 years.
Tony Romo threw 2 interceptions in the 2nd half. Jason Garrett totally threw Romo under the bus in the post-game press conference saying that he told Romo to do a running play, but Romo apparently switched to a passing play and threw an interception.
Dez Bryant might be in a bit of trouble for leaving the game with 1:20 left. He claims that he left because he was emotional. Newsflash, Dez, there’s no crying in football!
There is some good news. Jerry Jones says that we are still in control, and we could still win the division. We just have to beat Washington and Philly. Good luck!
