Yesterday, we shared what the adorable kiddos at Wonderland Montessori Academy in McKinney thought about Thanksgiving. We’re continuing the cuteness today with more Turkey Talk With Tots!

What are you thankful for?

“My daddy.” — Bodie, 4 1/2.

What are you excited about?

“I’m excited about turkey! And my parents and my dad and my mom.” — India, 4 1/2.

“Chasing butterflies. Trying to catch them.” — Kaitlyn, 5 1/2

How do you cook a turkey?

“On the grill, one minute… Sometimes they make rainbow cake of it.” –India, 4 1/2.

“Put in the oven for 5 minutes.” What do you stuff it with? “Stuff.” — Katie, 4.

“We put it in the microwave for five minutes. The rolls. Ash potatoes.” — Madeline, 4.

“I’m not sure because my dad always cooks it. I only help him because my dad asked me if I want to. Sometimes I say no and sometimes I say yes. But we made a pie together.” — Bodie, 4 1/2.

What came first the turkey or the egg?

“The turkey because if the other turkeys have chicks that means they are the mothers or fathers.” — Bodie, 4 1/2.

“The egg.” How do you know? “Because I’m smart.” — Katie, 4.
