Red wine paired with Thanksgiving takes a little more finesse to wow the table.  The most important thing to remember is you don’t want to overwhelm the great dishes you and your friends prepared for dinner – that’s why K-J Pinot Noir is the perfect pairing.  Light enough to pair with light and dark meat turkey, but round and bold enough to keep the “I only drink Red” crowd happy and asking for another glass. For a richer, more lavish approach to red wine, a K-J Vintner’s Reserve Merlot is about as bold as the dinner can support, but it will support in high style.
