There’s an office bug going around striking sniffles and fear in the morning show. Our boss brought it to us, then Julie caught it, and now Tony is suffering.

Tony was surfing the web when he stumbled across a story on Huff Post. The article warns against popping pimples on your face for fear of sending an infection to our brains that will kill us. It also mentioned plucking nose hairs. As it turns out, Tony had recently pulled a scary nose hair the day before that had become an angry inner-nose zit. Now he fears that he hasn’t caught an office virus but rather a pimple infection that is eating away at his brain.

It doesn’t help that Julie recently found an article on CBS News about a man who was found dead in his car. It turns out that the man had been looking up his symptoms on WebMD just before he passed on.

We say all of that to say this: We get a little carried away researching our symptoms online. More often than not, WebMD is going to tell you the absolute worst like, “It’s cancer!” It’s best to remember that if you have any questions about your health, the best thing you can do is ask your doctor as they are more familiar with your medical history.
