A member of Best Buy’s Geek Squad is in hot water after a customer accused him of stealing naked pictures from her computer and posting them online. The customer, an art student at the University of Alabama, alleges the employee who worked on her computer circulated nude pictures on the web that he found on her computer.

According to Huff Post, the time limit ran out to press charges against the employee, but the woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, has decided to go forward with a civil lawsuit for invasion of privacy.

“She never posted [the pictures] on any social media and kept them only for reference or professional use for art,” her attorney Steven Heninger said.

The seven-page suit alleges that in August of 2011, the woman took her computer to a Tuscaloosa Best Buy for repairs to her hard drive. The employee is accused of finding and stealing nude pictures of the plaintiff on the internet.
