If you’re a fan of sushi and looking for the best place to get a dragon roll or salmon sashimi, start making your reservations. The Dallas Observer has done their research to find the best sushi restaurants in Dallas.
Sushi Sake – Located on N Collins in Richardson, this restaurant will really take care of you. Not sure what to order, one of the sushi chefs will come over and help you out. Try out the scallop sashimi and their awesome California rolls.
Yutaka Sushi Bistro – This McKinney Ave sushi gem has a great spicy tuna roll and their Rainbow roll comes highly recommended. So does their mackerel, uni, and toro.
Teppo Yakitori and Sushi Bar – If you frequent Lower Greenville, you know this is a great place to go. Sit at the sushi bar and chat with the chefs or watch baseball on the TVs. With yakitori in their name, you’ll definitely want to try some because who doesn’t lover chicken bits on a stick? Their Cajun roll comes highly recommended, and you should have some black sesame ice cream for dessert.
Tei Tei Robata – Come down to Knox-Henderson to try Tei Tei’s hot stone Kobe steak and salmon sashimi. They also have really awesome yellowtail that you’ve gotta try!
Tei-An – Hands down is probably one of the best sushi experiences you can have in Dallas. Located in One Arts Plaza in Downtown Dallas, it’s a nice place to take a date so make sure you dress the part. It’s pretty pricey, but lunch at Tei-An is more budget friendly.
