Falling asleep on flight is already hard enough in seats that won’t recline all the way and the cramped quarters with the passengers sitting next to you. New York Daily News has a story about one man who sat helpless as a complete stranger fell asleep on his lap on a flight home.
Steve Cullum says the lady who sat next to him on a recent flight fell asleep almost as soon as she sat down. She then fell upon his arm and eventually into his lap. Try as he might to rouse the woman, no amount of shaking or startling would get her to wake up and move.
Eventually she did move, however it was to rest on the passenger on her other side.
