TMZ is dropping a bombshell, saying that Rosie O'Donnell has become a "malcontent" and is bringing the whole mood down on the set of ABC's "The View." The 2013 Prime-time Emmy Nominees were announced this morning, and as always there is some surprises and some snubs.

Aaron Paul of “Breaking Bad” and Neil Patrick Harris of “How I Met Your Mother” announced the nominees from the Leonard H. Holdenson Theatere in Hollywood.

The 65th Prime-time Emmy Awards will air on Sunday, September 22nd at 7 p.m. central on CBS.

Neil Patrick Harris will return as host for this year.
