Hell hath no fury like a rampaging Bridezilla. A bride in Washington state is on the war path after a bridal boutique allegedly sold her a wedding dress with rips, tears, and stains.

According to, Nicole Trombley accuses Amanda’s Bridal Boutique in Redmond, Wash., of trying to sell her a used and dirty wedding gown after she paid $2,000 for new, unused dress. She got a surprise when she peaked in the dress bag a week before her wedding and found the dress had “stains, rips, frays” and pieces missing.

In a surprising twist, the designers of the dress say they haven’t sold any dresses to the boutique in a year, so who really knows how “new” the boutique’s stock really is.

The boutique refunded Trombley’s money and allowed her to take any dress in the store for free for her wedding.¬†Trombley is suing for an undisclosed amount of damages.

Even after all the fuss, the question remains: What happened in that dress?!
