It’s good to have laws that protect consumers from false advertising. However if you’re going to call the police to complain about a prostitute’s false advertising, you might want to rethink that.

On Tuesday night, the man in England dialed the British equivalent of 911 to report that a prostitute he’d contacted via newspaper personals wasn’t as attractive as he was lead to believe, according to the Huffington Post. He can be heard on audio of the call complaining that she “misdescribed herself and misrepresented herself totally. … Basically she was ugly.”

The result of the man’s complaint was not the desired arrest of the prostitute for breaching the Sale Of Goods Act, rather he received a warning letter from the West Midlands Police regarding “wasting police time.” He was also reminded that solicitation is illegal.
