Move over ladies, there’s about to be some competition for that high-maintenance crown, and you’ll be surprised who it is. It’s men! Boyfriends and husbands can be way more high-maintenance than their girlfriends and wives.

According to Cosmo, a survey of 2,000 women in the UK showed that half of them claim their men are high-maintenance. The study also revealed 19% of the women claimed their partner was “difficult to manage,” and 75% of the ladies with high-maintenance men stress about the effort it takes to keep their guys happy.

What are these guys doing?! The list of the high-maintenance behaviors include throwing tantrums to get their way, needing quick responses to messages, and needing to hear their ladies say “I love you” more than once a day. These guys are also habitually late, take way too long to get ready, are picky about their clothes, and demand their phone calls be answered within a certain number of rings.

This morning Julie threw her own husband under the bus for some high maintenance behavior. Listen to what she says he did!
