With just one month before swimsuit season, we’re all in a crunch to lose weight and get toned. The Biggest Loser’s Bob Harper just released a great new book that will help you get that bikini bod in 3-weeks called Jumpstart to Skinny.

His plan is aggressive but healthy. Many people turn to juice fasts to try and lose weight fast, and that’s just not good for you in the long run. Bob’s  meal plans feature unlimited greens, so you can eat all the veggies you want and not pack on the pounds. There is also a workout plan that you can do just about anywhere with little to no equipment.

One food item you can cut out now to get a head start is soda. Sugary drinks like sodas and juices are full of sugar than can convert to fat. Bob says you shouldn’t drink your calories, and sodas are a quick way to overload on calories because you don’t get that full feeling that eating a healthy meal will give you.
