The term breastaurant, which has been used recently to describe establishments like Hooters or Twin Peaks, can’t just be used willy-nilly anymore.

SFGate is reporting that Bikinis Bar and Grill, a chain started in Austin Texas, has officially filed a trademark for the term with the US Patent and Trademark office.

Bikinis is now the only company in the country that will be able to describe themselves as a “breastaurant”.

“We’re really excited about receiving this federal trademark,” founder and CEO Doug Guller said in a statement. “Our team has worked hard over the last seven years to offer a unique experience to our fans.”
