Just when you thought Girl Scout cookies couldn’t get any better, the Samoa Cookie Cocktail, inspired by the famous Girl Scout Cookie has arrived!

The Samoa Cookie is made up of Chocolate, Coconut and Caramel, so of course the drink has to combine all three of these. The ladies over at iamahoneybee.com figured out how to mix everything together.

Samoa Cookie Cocktail

Makes 1 drink

Ingredients

2 oz chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 oz caramel vodka
1 1/2 oz Malibu rum
1 oz half and half

Shake all the ingrediants in a chilled cocktail shaker until you feel it’s well mixed. Pour into a glass you’ve garnished with a Samoa Girl Scout cookie sliced to fit like a lime wedge, and enjoy. Our next adventure, Thin Mint Julep…
