They’re the people with faces only a mother could love, and a British modeling agency now wants those faces.

The words “ugly” and “model” aren’t something you’d normally hear put together, but the Ugly Modeling Agency in London wants the old, the quirky, the tattooed, and the ugly. They’ve been in business for 40 years and are now one of the larger modeling agencies in the world.

What does it take to be an Ugly Model? Owner Marc French says that there isn’t just one thing, but for the most part he looks for people who are comfortable in their own skin.
