The 90/10 dinner features 90+ rated wines and 10+ rated Wagyu beef in a special five-course meal prepared by Chef Anthony Van Camp. The meal features special cuts of Wagyu beef from the Masami Ranch in California, and it’s considered the best beef you can get outside of the Kobe region in Japan!
