Golden Globes 2013 Fashion: Who Wore It Best?
Last night at the Golden Globe Awards, the red carpet was filled with sexy see-through looks, brightly hued gowns and mermaids. Dresses that is. Not to mention the first post-baby appearance from Adele, who left the little one at home for a night out with her friend.
Adele, who took home the statue for Best Original Song, wore a black Burberry dress with an empire waist and a fun embellishment along the neckline. The singer admitted before she walked into the theater the dress was made only a week before the big show.

Red, in all its shades, seemed to be the color of choice at the awards.

Zooey Deschanel went old Hollywood with her bright red dress and pearl accessories. And let’s not forget her nails, which honored the night’s festivities with images of old film strips and cameras.
White colored gowns were also all over the carpet with Anne Hathaway, who won for Best Supporting Actress for Les Miserables, wearing a slim fitting Chanel gown.

The ladies dared to bare on the red carpet with Kerry Washington going for an updated flapper thanks to her nude Miu Miu dress.

Kate Hudson’s peek-a-boo black and gold Alexander McQueen dress showed off her décolletage.

Jessica Chastain, the winner of Best Actress in a Drama for Zero Dark Thirty, also showed off her arms with her icey blue custom Calvin Klein halter gown.
Taylor Swift showed a little skin in her sexy eggplant colored Donna Karan Atelier gown, perhaps showing Harry Styles what he’s missing.
Amy Adams stuck with the mermaid trend going ballerina with her pretty in light pink Marchesa gown that was accented with a tulle skirt.
Sofia Vergara wore a sparkly black Michael Cinco gown that hugged her every curve. Though she did not go home a winner, she did manage to walk way without any wardrobe malfunctions similar to the one she experienced at last year’s Emmy Awards.
