Fans of “50 Shades of Grey” can now add their guilty reading pleasure to their workout routine. Not literally, of course.
New York fitness guru Kristen James has created a workout called “50 Shapes of Grey.” There are 13 “sexercise” moves designed to take the kinks out of your body so you be more flexible for recreating the more *ahem* interesting portions of E.L. James’ bestselling books.
While this workout has yet to make its way to North Texas, you can take a peak at some of the moves that were featured on The Katie Couric Show.
