The latest James Bond movie hits theaters this Friday, and all reports say that Skyfall is the best James Bond film yet. Get yourself ready for some suave international espionage by making 007’s favorite beverage…. the Martini.
Steve Kemble, American’s Sassiest Lifestyle Guru, scoured the hottest spots in Dallas to find the best martini’s and how to make them. Here are his top 3 favorite martinis:
Chocolate Tini at Sēr – The way this martini is made at Sēr at the top of the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, it looks more like a work of art than a drink. It’s made with Godiva Chocolate, Vanilla Vodka, .Frangelico, and a little Crème.
Burro Peach Martini at Ocho Kitchen + Cocktails – This a martini with a fruity twist that tastes like James Bond on a tropical island. It’s made with Cazadores Blanco Tequilla, Perfect Puree-Peach, lemon juice, Simple syrup, and topped with a few mint leaves.
Pomegranate Martini at Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill – James Bond loves his vodka martinis, and Kenny’s keeps Grey Goose vodka on a 32-degree ice tap. Their perfectly chilled pomegranate martini makes for a fabulous cocktail. It’s made with Grey Goose vodka, Pama Pomegranate liquor, a dash of Cointreau, and a splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Try these fabulous martinis or you can order just like James Bond, “Vodka martini. Shaken, not stirred.”
