Halloween may have come and gone, but the spirits and ghosts that haunt places around North Texas stick around all year. Kevin Bryan of Fort Worth Paranormal investigates places people believe to be haunted, and he’s had some interesting encounters.

Since 2007, Fort Worth Paranormal has investigated claims of ghosts and unexplained occurances across North Texas. Kevin Bryan founded FWP due to an interest in the paranormal after a ghostly encounter in his teens when he found a child’s handprints going up a wall and halfway across the ceiling in a freshly painted room.

One of his scariest encounters was in the kitchen of Catfish Plantation in historic Waxahachie. He was setting up a camera in the kitchen when he heard a voice in his ear. As he turned to locate the source of the voice, he was surrounded by freezing cold air. He was compelled to leave the kitchen by a feeling that he was very unwelcome.
