The bright and glowing attraction at this year’s State Fair reopens to the public today. The Chinese Lantern Festival opens again to the public visiting Fair Park.
If you missed your chance to experience the Chinese Lantern Festival during the State Fair of Texas, here’s your chance to see it. From today, November 1st through January 6th, 2013, you’ll be able to enjoy the Chinese Lantern Festival on its extended run.
This time you won’t need Fair coupons to pay for admission to the attraction. Tickets for the Chinese Lantern Festival can be bought in person at the main gate, over the phone by calling 214-928-7670, and soon by going online. Regular admission is $14 for adults and $9 for kids 4-12 Monday through Wednesday, $19 for adults and $14 for kids Thursday through Sunday, and groups of 20 or more are $11. Kids 4-12 are HALF PRICE between November 1st and December 1st, and seniors 60 and older are HALF PRICE on Mondays. Visitors in wheelchairs are HALF PRICE all the time.
The Chinese Lantern Festival is open daily from 5PM to 10PM and located around the Lagoon, Nature Building, and Science Building at Fair Park in Dallas. Find out more information by visiting chineselanternfestival.com.
