Tony’s Football Foodies – Week 7
White Bean & Artichoke Dip (Courtesy of Christie from Fort Worth)
15 oz Can White Beans (Drained)
4 oz jar of artichoke hearts (Drained)
1 Garlic clove
1/4 cup fresh mint
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp of salt
Optional: 2 anchovies
Put the ingredients one at a time into a food processor or blender and blend on high until the ingredients are blended consistently. Serve with chips or crisp bread.
