Dallas Police Department is inviting tough motorcycle enthusiasts with hearts of gold on a big charity 50 mile motorcycle ride.
It’s the 4th Annual Motorcycle Charity Ride, and it benefits local children with medical disorders. This year, the DPD will support Baby Alexandra who suffers from neurological and intestinal disorders.
The ride takes place on Sunday, September 23rd. The 50 mile ride with police escort will wind through Dallas going past significant and historical landmarks throughout the city of Dallas. There will also be food, drinks, live music, and a silent auction.
The event starts and ends at Reno’s Chop Shop, located at 210 N Crowdus Street in Deep Ellum. Registration starts at 11AM and everyone hits the road at 1PM. The cost to participate is $20 per rider and $10 per passenger. For more information, contact Dori Horn at (903) 275-4711 or Dawn Rogers at (214) 384-4544.
