Jodie Sweetin, who played Stephanie Tanner on Full House, has filed a lawsuit over a year-old car accident.
E! is reporting that the 30-year-old Sweetin is suing the driver of the other vehicle, Clark Savors, for $25,000. The Lawsuit states the incident occurred on March 2, 2011 in Los Angeles.
Sweetin claims to have suffered property damage, loss of wages, lose of earning capacity and “future loss of earnings and future medical expenses.”
No word on why Sweetin waited so long to file the lawsuit, but it was well documented on her Twitter account.
In March 2011 the Full House actress tweeted:
Sorry guys! Had a car accident, im ok. A wrist fracture and neck and body are really sore. Car totaled. Not fun
but thankful not worse!—

She then followed that up with a tweet to Full House co-star Candace Cameron Bure informing Bure what happened:
@candacecbure Driving home from 'Take Me Home Tonight' premier and someone turned left RIGHT in front of me. Hit them, totaled my car
