Lite’s Review Room – Neon Trees
Neon Trees is labeled as an “alternative rock” band, but their music is so catchy and so mass appeal that the label hardly holds. The quartet has roots in Utah and California, and got their big break when they went on tour with and opened for The Killers. The band’s name came from the lighted trees on the signs for the restaurant chain “In-N-Out Burgers.”
Last Fall they opened for Duran Duran on their tour. They’ve recently released their second full length LP, “Picture Show,” and their single “Everybody Talks” is getting nationwide airplay. They’ll play the House of Blues in Dallas on July 17th.
