If there was any birthday party that could be considered “wild,” it would be the birthday bash planned for this Saturday at the Dallas Zoo! You don’t want to miss the Animal Birthday Party, celebrating the birth of new animals and the significant birthdays of a few special animals.

It’ll be the wildest birthday party you’ve ever attended! Saturday’s special birthday celebration will feature cupcakes, arts & crafts, bounce houses, and birthday cards for the honored animals in the various habitats. Not only will it be a blast, it’ll be educational as you can learn about conservation programs the Zoo works with and endangered species.

Who’s celebrating birthdays? The birthday animals are a tapir, peccary, fossa, cougar, Galapagos tortoise, monkey, pony, wattled crane, meerkat, okapi, and giraffe.

You can bring “gifts” for the birthday animals in the form of gift cards from Petco, Petsmart, Home Depot, an Lowes to support the Dallas Zoo’s animal enrichment program.
