Tomorrow night at the Fairmont Hotel, 20 top local chefs will be on hand for the March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction, including Chef Kent Rathbun. It all goes to make sure all babies are born healthy, and that’s something we can all celebrate.

In addition to 20 of the area’s top chef serving up wonderful dishes, there will be wine tasting and an exclusive live auction. It’s sure to be an awesome night of food, wine, and good times.

The Signature Chefs Auction is an annual fundraising event, and this year’s proceeds will go to benefit the Texas chapter of the March of Dimes.  The March of Dimes is a leading charity whose mission is to ensure every baby is born healthy. One in seven babies are born prematurely in Texas, and that is the most common threat to an infant’s health in the US.
