Uh-oh. Lindsay Lohan is in hot water again, and the judge is none too happy with the troubled actress. Judge Sautner has determined that Lohan was in violation of her probation when she got canned from the women’s center where she was supposed to be completing community service hours per Sautner’s orders.

Lindsay was booted by the Downtown Women’s Center because she reportedly failed to show for nine appointments. While she tried to make up for lost time serving at the Red Cross instead, it’s all for naught. Judge Sautner has made it clear that serving at the women’s center was top of the list.

The terms of her probation were very clear. 360 hours out of a total 480 are to be served at the Downtown Women’s Center in LA, 4 hours at a time. The remaining 120 hours are janitorial service at the LA County morgue. She is also required to attend therapy once a week.

Lohan’s attorney says that she has a year to complete her probation and asked if she could complete her 120 hours at the morgue before starting the 360 hours at the women’s center. The judge scoffed at the probation report saying she was in compliance, but the judge doesn’t think Lohan has done her sentence.

The proverbial book was then thrown at Lindsay Lohan as she was cuffed and led out of the courtroom. She posted $100,000 bail and will have to appear in court on November 2 to find out if she will indeed be heading to jail.
