Over the weekend, the William J. Clinton Foundation celebrated its 10th anniversary with the Decade of Difference concert.

Superstars like Usher and U2 took the stage to impress, but it was Mother Monster who really got intimate for the former First Family.

The singer channeled screen siren Marilyn Monroe with her wavy blonde hairdo and red lips.

She kicked things off with acceptance anthem ”Born This Way” and “Edge Of Glory.”

But believe it or not, Gaga was only just warming up for a night of surprises…
