Leigh Ann has noticed that tip jars are everywhere you go. Even fast food has a place for tips on some of the receipts. Have you ever gone out to pick-up an item that you ordered and seen the line on the receipt for a tip? Everybody seems to want a tip in addition to the cost of an item.

Well, Leigh Ann has found and interesting article. It seems that San Francisco, CA is considering making a mandatory tip included in the price of food from restaurants. How much do they want?

The city by the bay is considering adding a mandatory charge of 25% to your bill for eating out. How would you feel if this was done everywhere?
