Tonight’s dilemma is from a woman who has taken on the responsiblity of three young children.

This dilemma is unlike any other. Sheila who is fifty-seven and her mother, who is 79, have gotten custody of three small children. These are the children of Shelia’s nephew, and her mothers great grand children. The children’s father has died. Their mother and both their grandmothers are drug addicts. So the children had nowhere else to go. She is worried about the children and as well as her mother. And Shelia is so tired. What can she do?
