Just because Simon Cowell has his own show again, he thinks he can say whatever he wants.  He was recently stopped on the street, and he had some choice words that seemed to be a shot at [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Scotty McCreery[/lastfm]!

Simon was stopped outside of a tapping for the X Factor, and when someone asked if he would ever lose his English accent, he said that he could speak with an American accent.  Listen to what he says, it sounds like he is taking a shot at Scotty!
