There is something about a European influence that really classes up a girl. Take [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Britney Spears[/lastfm] in England, for example.

In America, the blonde pop star has the unfortunate “posse” addition of rabid papparazzi following her at all times. In Europe, Spears is looking fresher-faced, fit, and most importantly, really happy.

Is it all the time with her man, Jason Trawick,  filming her “Criminal” video, or does she just like the crisp London air?

Strange British-accented interviewer aside, our BritBrit looks totally comfortable in her interview. Her tone and body language is relaxed while she explains her keys to staying in shape (eating clean and lots of cardio) and her custody situation with her babies daddy.
