Starting in November, the upscale department store Barneys NYC will turn their famed Madison Avenue windows over to the superstar and her team for their interpretation of “Santa’s Workshop!”

This has got to be a first, a Pop star getting full artistic control over the landmark store’s holiday campaign? Barney’s is doing it, and not only the windows. Gaga will get the entire 8th floor as her “workshop” to develop and design small gifts to sell to her “little Monsters.”

25% of the proceeds will benefit Gaga’s favorite charities.
