More and more senior citizens are going under the knife, but not for what you think. Their surgery of choice… plastic surgery.

Leigh Ann came across an 83-year old California woman who made the choice of getting breast implants.

Her name is Marie Kolstad, a widowed mother of four, a grandmother to 13, and a great-grandmother to 12.

She kept the surgery a secret from her family, fearing they would disapprove.
