Arnon Milchan, director of Mr & Mrs Smith, has written a book revealing what went on behind the scenes with Brad Pitt, his split with Jennifer Aniston, the lack of chemistry with Nicole Kidman (who was originally cast as Mrs Smith), and his romance with Angelina Jolie.  Vanity Fair’s Best Dressed list has been released.  The Obamas are among best dressed couples, and the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, tops the list for the second time.
