Forbes magazine recently published their list of highest paid Hollywood actors.  Leonard DiCaprio unseats Johnny Depp to top the list this year.

For the first time, Leonard DiCaprio jumps to the head of the class to be named the highest paid actor in Hollywood, according to Forbesmagazine’s recent list of highest paid actors.  Films such as Inception and Shutter Island helped boost Leo’s income to a nice $77 million.

Last year, Johnny Depp took $75 million to the bank to land in the top spot, but between May 2010 and May 2011, he only brought in $50.  With the continuing popularity of Pirates of the Carribean franchise, Depp won’t stay in the #2 spot for very long.

Also in the top 5 are Adam Sandler, Will Smith, and Tom Hanks.
