That’s not Kim Kardashian in the Old Navy commercials, and the real Kim isn’t happy about the clothing company using a lookalike.
Why is Kim Kardashian taking this to court?
Old Navy’s use of a model who looks just like KimKardashianhas drawn legal heat from the real Kardashian, with good cause too. Model, Melissa Molinaro, sings and dances like Kardashian in the commercial. Kim alleges the commercials infringe on her publicity rights and consumers could become confused by Old Navy’s ads and her actual endorsements, including a shoe line & clothing store.
To add insult to injury, Melissa Molinaro is currently dating Kim’s ex, Reggie Bush.
