After canceling an interview with Today’s Matt Lauer at the last-minute, Lindsay Lohan is going to stand before a judge again this morning for testing positive for alcohol last week.

On Tuesday night she was supposed to sit down with Matt Lauer in her apartment for an interview, only to cancel at the last-minute when she realized it would be an in-depth conversation for use on Today and Dateline rather than a quick, breezy sound bite. Lauer left with nothing, and did not appear on Today yesterday morning.

Adding to Lindsay’s woes, she has been ordered to appear in court this morning after testing positive for alcohol last week. The D.A. and probation department are both pissed and are ready to throw her in jail. They also don’t like that she’s been throwing parties while on house arrest. Further complicating Lindsay’s woes, the electronic monitoring company doing her house arrest, doesn’t want to continue to do so.
