Some people will do anything to get out of a speeding ticket. But this Florida man got himself into bigger trouble for his effort.
Jonathan Paul Rorech, of Naples Florida, was pulled over for allegedly going 45 mph a 30 mph zone. To avoid receiving a speeding ticket he placed a false 911 call about a shooting. He had hoped that the deputy giving him the ticket would leave to attend the 911 call. Well that worked. However, when the deputy arrived at the location of the 911 emergency, there was none. The sheriff’s department then traced the call back to Mr. Rorech. Yikes! Now Mr. Rorech has a speeding ticket and was arrested for making a false 911 call.
While we hope that you haven’t done anything like Mr. Rorech,
“What have you done to get out of a ticket?” Tell Us.
