Simon Cowell has announced that he wants to kiss, make up and be together again with Paula Abdul as judges on the X-Factor! 

Apparently, Simon’s people are working overtime to dispute his recent statements about [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Paula Abdul[/lastfm] being signed on for the X-Factor!

His reps say “It’s still playing out. Nothing is set, and Paula is one of many people Simon is talking to. He’s said the same thing many times, including on the radio last week. There’s nothing new.”

Deadline quotes Simon as saying he’s “always wanted Paula” and that “she’s got a really good shot” at joining him and L.A. Reid on the show. But sources tell E! News nothing has actually been finalized regarding Abdul. The same goes for Cowell’s former X Factor U.K. judge and pop star, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Cheryl Cole[/lastfm].

Could it be the dynamic duo will get together again like this? Doubt it… but it will be great to see them back on TV! I guess we’ll just have to wait and see how this plays out!
