Kimberly Schlegel Whitman as advice on how to take care of your tulip arrangement.

Tulip care tips from Kimberly Schlegel Whitman:

• Cut the stems of the tulips with a sharp knife at a 45 degree angle to draw in more water.
• Poke a small hole beneath the flower head with a pin to help it breath and keep it stronger.
•  Use cold water and a teaspoon of sugar or a drop of bleach to feed the flowers.
• Tulips grow quickly, so always cut them shorter because they will grow faster than the other flowers in your arrangement.
