Steve Kemble Talks About Chris Browns Meltdown

It seemed as if Chris Brown had finally moved on from his “incident” with Rihanna, until yesterday when he threw a chair at a window after an interview on Good Morning America.

Steve Kemble has the details on what is next for the troubled singer.
